We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive one of our thriving Development Centers in executing the organization's overarching vision, culture and strategic objectives.
About the Role
The DC HR Manager will play a pivotal and consultative role to the DC Management, collaborating with business leaders and implementing human resources solutions aligned to the DC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fostering Seamless Employee Onboarding and Integration
- Crafting a Positive Work Environment and Nurturing Organizational Culture
- Developing the DC brand and Ensuring Business Continuity
- Inculcating a High Performance Work Environment and Promoting Diversity and Inclusivity
- Protecting Organizational Interests and Initiating Disciplinary Action when Needed
- Implementing DC-wide Rewards and Recognition Programs and Recommending Solutions to Improve Performance, Retention and Employee Experience
- Managing Employee Grievances, Anti-Sexual Harassment and Workplace Concerns
- Managing the Health and Wellness Program
- Creating Robust Communication Forums for Interactions between Management and Employees
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW or Equivalent Preferred
- 11-17 Years of Experience
