Job Title: Service Delivery Professional

Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide level 2 and level 3 support for service management in a mission-critical banking environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 and level 3-level support for service management (MIM) in a mission-critical banking environment.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including incident, change, problem, and knowledge management.
  • Troubleshoot incidents, manage approved changes, and participate in disaster recovery/business continuity planning exercises.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
  • Optimize performance and reliability by tuning configurations and scheduling jobs.
  • Coordinate vendor technical account cases, firmware/patch planning, and validate post-change health.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, runbook hygiene, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in service management (level 2), 8+ years (level 3).
  • Strong understanding of service management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in service management tools such as ServiceNow/BMC.
