We are on the hunt for a seasoned investment banking expert with an impressive track record in Mergers & Acquisitions, fundraising, and corporate finance.

About the Role:
  • Pursue transactional excellence from start to finish, encompassing due diligence, negotiations, regulatory filings, and closing documentation.
  • Deliver end-to-end deal execution across Mergers & Acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, ECM, and DCM.
  • Forge and maintain influential investor relationships with Venture Capitalists, Private Equity firms, family offices, corporates, and angel networks.
  • Craft compelling pitch decks, CIMs, business plans, teasers, and financial models for fundraising initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough sector research to identify lucrative opportunities.
  • Present impactful findings at investor forums, conferences, and client discussions.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with legal, tax, and compliance teams for efficient deal structuring and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and deal structuring.
  • Advanced knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, IPOs, and debt/equity instruments.
  • Mastery of Excel & PowerPoint skills for complex financial models and investor decks.
  • Excellent market research, business due diligence, and sector analysis skills.
  • Proven ability in client relationship management and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Achieving Success:
  • An MBA/PGDM in Finance/Strategy from a Tier-1 Business school is highly preferred.
  • Chartered Accountant / CFA (USA) / FRM certification is a significant advantage.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or Business Administration is required.
  • No less than 8 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory roles with a proven track record.
