Lead Financial Strategist

At the forefront of Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) and Artificial Intelligence, we're a leading research site for new-age technologies. We seek a seasoned Lead Financial Strategist to spearhead our financial operations, drive business performance, and ensure robust financial management. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll shape our financial strategy and contribute to long-term growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Operationalize multi-geo strategies in tandem with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Provide insightful financial recommendations to our executive team and board.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning.
  • Lead efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
