About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional data analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, testing methodologies, and software development life cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality
  • Design and execute detailed test cases scripts and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Conduct data validation reconciliation and analysis across multiple systems and sources
  • Utilize advanced SQL, Python, and Excel skills to perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
  • Document track and manage defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution
  • Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and automation opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in regression testing with strong defect identification and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC testing methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
