About this Opportunity
The Business Intelligence Analyst transforms raw data into actionable insights, driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. This role ensures accurate and timely reporting to inform key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis.
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain dashboards using business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain data integrity by extracting, cleaning, and validating from multiple sources.
- Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis.
- Recommend and track process improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and confidentiality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a contact center or similar environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Solid understanding of SQL and ability to query databases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
