We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team at Aotsum Infotech Pvt. Ltd. As a Real Estate Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting clients, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Sales Presentations: Prospect potential clients and conduct sales presentations to showcase our real estate solutions.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  4. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability for the company.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest market trends and industry news.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in real estate sales with 4 to 6 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Experience in cold calling and business development
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market
