Job Description

This role involves overseeing legal disputes including civil and intellectual property matters. The successful candidate will provide expert legal counsel on a broad range of issues related to disputes and manage external counsel to ensure efficient handling of legal affairs.

About the Role
  • Oversee legal disputes including civil and intellectual property cases.
  • Provide in-depth legal guidance on a wide array of dispute-related matters.
  • Lead external counsel and facilitate effective management of legal proceedings.
  • Promote strategic development of legal approaches to address potential disputes.
  • Negotiate dispute resolutions that uphold our company's interests while fostering mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proactive management of legal risks.
Requirements
  • A Juris Doctor degree.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in Dispute Resolution.
  • Experience working with both law firms and in-house teams is preferred.
