Dispute Resolution Associate

An esteemed law firm seeks a seasoned Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team in Delhi.

The role presents a remarkable opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters across diverse sectors, fostering exceptional growth and development.

  • Assist in strategizing and handling complex disputes before various forums, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, tribunals, and arbitral tribunals.
  • Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and research notes on diverse legal issues.
  • Engage in detailed legal research and analysis to support litigation and arbitration strategy.
  • Represent clients in hearings, brief senior counsels, and coordinate with external legal teams as required.
  • Manage case files, client communications, and ensure seamless execution of litigation/arbitration matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills.
  • Prior experience in handling court proceedings and interacting with clients.
  • Excellent academic credentials and a strong track record of publications in reputed journals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
