Dispute Resolution Lawyer (3-4 Years PQE)

We are seeking an accomplished dispute resolution lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and white-collar crime.

About the Role
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled lawyer to develop their expertise in disputes-focused law and make a meaningful contribution to our practice.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with drafting pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions to support our litigation and arbitration matters.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of case law and legislation to inform our approach to disputes.
  • Represent us in court and arbitral forums, handling procedural and substantive aspects of hearings.
  • Manage complex commercial disputes, including arbitration, insolvency, and white-collar crime matters.
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers in research, drafting, and case strategy.
  • Liaise with clients, senior counsel, and external stakeholders to ensure effective case management and strategy execution.
  • Handle enforcement of judgments, appeals, and post-judgment matters.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in litigation and arbitration.
  • A solid understanding of commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and white-collar crime.
  • The ability to draft high-quality pleadings and handle complex court and arbitration matters independently.
  • Experience working in reputable law firms handling disputes.
