Marketing executives drive the entire marketing cycle – from generating leads and running campaigns to analyzing performance.

This proactive role involves managing multiple channels, including digital campaigns, social media, email, events, and partnerships.

The ideal candidate should be analytical and execution-driven, capable of turning market data into strategies while actively implementing campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.

  • This position requires a self-starter with ownership mentality who can maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Data analysis is key to optimizing campaigns and improving sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Identify potential leads through digital campaigns, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
    • Research and qualify leads using CRM tools.
    • Maintain a lead pipeline and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
    • Execute targeted campaigns (cold email, ads, events, content) to attract new customers.
  • Marketing Execution
    • Plan and implement campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, and offline channels.
    • Create engaging marketing content (posts, blogs, case studies, brochures, presentations).
    • Manage brand visibility across online and offline platforms.
    • Coordinate with design and product teams to create customer-centric messaging.
  • Marketing Analytics & Insights
    • Track lead sources, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.
    • Generate reports on campaign performance, lead funnel, and market trends.
    • Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to refine strategies.
    • Provide actionable insights for optimizing campaigns and improving sales outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Less than 2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
  • Analytical mindset with skills in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and content writing skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B / SaaS / ERP industry marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation & drip campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization.
