
Strategic Customer Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a key member responsible for handling orders from customers. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service that secures MW's position as a valued commercial partner and leading supplier of axial impellers.
Job Description:This role involves managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating orders with production and logistics. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales team, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping departments to deliver operational excellence according to MW's value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Understand customers' application requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Coordinate orders with production and logistics teams.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Develop technical and commercial agreements with customers.
- Perform ad-hoc activities and projects assigned by management.
- A solid background in Mechanical engineering.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A high level of enthusiasm and persistence in pursuing goals.
