Job Summary

The Consultant will be responsible for delivering project implementations with good quality, high value, and great customer satisfaction within the project timelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out end-to-end client implementation of our cloud products for Fortune 2000 companies across the globe.
  • Write SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
  • Run and execute the project through various phases including Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hyper-care.
  • Build rapport with clients and manage them effectively.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Technical teams & QA to deploy projects with agreed KPIs.
  • Test end-to-end process flows, drive adoption by giving hands-on end-user journey training, and validate value outcomes.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about any potential risks related to Project Implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of professional services experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferably from a top reputed university).
  • Good understanding of SDLC processes and Functional Consulting experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to international clients/projects, exposure to BA, domain knowledge, team player.
  • Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) related business process is a plus.
