Job Title: Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Engineering Manager to join our growing team. This role involves leading a team of software engineers, driving end-to-end recruitment for US-based engineering roles, sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, building strong relationships with clients, and providing training and mentoring to team members.

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring performance targets are consistently met.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for US-based engineering roles (W2, C2C, 1099) across multiple clients and industries.
  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in US engineering recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms.
  • Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and ATS/CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams.
