Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Workday Finance Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for performing Workday configurations using varied skillsets, coaching and analyzing work for new employees, and incorporating their work into the overall project.

As a key member of our team, you will articulate business problems, develop recommendations, influence stakeholders to adopt an approach, and deliver results. You will also work with diverse people, adapting your communication style to meet the needs of each client, obtain product certification, and use your product knowledge to develop solution designs that help customers achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities include collaborating and working with teams from different geographies, being open to asking for help and supporting when required, delivering a defined scope of work, identifying risks and issues, planning workload, communicating regularly with the project manager about configuration changes, schedule, and status, assisting peers by reviewing their deliverables, executing unit test cases to verify changes done as part of the requirements, debugging and resolving any issues encountered during testing, documenting changes precisely for the benefit of the customer, and adhering to project and support processes as defined by the project manager.

Additionally, you will help clients grow their knowledge and skills to manage their own solutions and have the learning agility to pick up and work on new domains as required by the business.

You must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a master's degree in related areas being an advantage. Certification in the Workday platform is preferred, and exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required. You should be adaptable and flexible, working extended hours to meet deadlines should not be a concern.

The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience, preferably 2+ years, with certified experience on Workday Fin being preferred. Working knowledge on Workday is also desired.
