Job Title:

Quality Manager

Healthcare

  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems.
  • Lead quality audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
  • Use Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce process variability.
  • Analyze quality metrics and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, driving continuous process improvements, and implementing best practices to maintain high-quality standards across operations.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field is required. The ideal candidate should be Six Sigma Certified (Green/Black Belt).

Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of quality tools such as RCA, FMEA, Pareto, Control Charts, etc.

2. Analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.

3. Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

4. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
