Job Title: Subject Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Subject Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and have excellent management skills.

As a Subject Manager, you will be responsible for managing large numbers of subject expert panels and working closely with other subject admins to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Your primary focus will be on developing high-quality question banks for assessments, creating engaging content, and structuring and designing question banks to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality questions banks for assessments
  • Create engaging content including MCQs in English, Hindi, and other languages
  • Structure and design question banks to ensure quality standards are met
  • Track inventory and maintain optimal levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects
  • Manage subject expert panels and coordinate with SMEs for all test development activities
  • Support internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets
  • Collaborate with lead subject admins to deliver projects and meet organizational needs

Qualifications:

  • Subject competency in school subjects till 12th level as per NCERT syllabus
  • Broad understanding of education system of the country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards
  • Experience in education sector related to assessment & evaluation - test designs/blueprints, question development
  • Good command over English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken)

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in verbal ability - English or verbal ability - Hindi
