Performance Governance Specialist

This is a leadership role that oversees the implementation of our site's Master Plan. The successful candidate will drive performance governance, lead change management processes and ensure alignment between all parts of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our Master Excellence master plan at a departmental level.
  • Set objectives and priorities as part of our leadership team and lead the change management process for the department.
  • Maintain alignment between all parts of our supply chain by coordinating departments to work together in Master Excellence deployment.
  • Lead and support departments in implementing Management System practices to meet their broad plans.
  • Cochair managers to develop teams at all levels to produce performance results through Master Excellence practices.
People Management
  • Demonstrate managerial leadership to develop a team against role capabilities.
  • Ensure effective implementation of Master Excellence training & development programmes by aligning site/line management.
  • Coordinate Master Excellence TOT and evaluation programmes to maintain consistency of approach and ensure alignment with our Capability programme.
Focused Improvement
  • Provide expert loss & waste leadership and coaching to operational teams.
  • Participate in and lead improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology.
  • Develop specific manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste and improve operational flexibility.
  • Engage with daily Operational Review meetings to provide expert analysis of performance improvement opportunities.
Team Meetings & Communications
  • Implement weekly/monthly/quarterly communications to drive engagement and momentum of the Master Excellence journey.
  • Support task forces and shift-based teams in their deployment of Master Excellence through regular meetings and communication of activities.
  • Define and establish the leadership team's schedule to support and lead the deployment of Master Excellence.
