Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and professional Front Desk Representative to join our workforce. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth operations.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Maintain inward and outward registers, updating data holistically.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Route calls to the right employees.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Any graduate (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/email handling.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
