Real Estate Data Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to analyze real estate data and identify emerging trends.

About the Role

This position involves building robust data-driven processes to analyze real estate data, researching methodologies to rank properties and recommend neighborhoods, automating data flows across tools and platforms, connecting to various tools such as Zillow and Google Sheets, and taking ownership of data cleanup and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing real estate data with thousands of data points.
  • Developing methodology to rank properties and recommend neighborhoods.
  • Automating data flows across tools and platforms.
  • Connecting to tools like Zillow, Google Sheets, and internal database.
  • Taking ownership of data cleanup, validation, and build dashboards or views.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience as a data engineer or analyst.
  • Extreme comfort with Google Spreadsheet/Power BI or similar tools.
  • Curious and detail-oriented with data, processes, and workflow automation.
  • Pleasure in solving messy data problems and addressing them with data insights.
  • Bonus points: exposure to SQL queries, AI tools for data analysis.
