Automotive Sales Specialist

As a Technical Sales Professional, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling high-performance lubricants to automotive manufacturers and suppliers.
Molykote is a globally recognized brand offering specialty products for extreme conditions. From noise vibration harshness (NVH) damping to long-life bearing and bushing lubrication, Molykote products are widely used in:
Chassis & suspension systems
Interior mechanisms (sunroofs, seat tracks)
Electrical connectors & switches
EV battery modules and thermal systems
Powertrain & drivetrain components
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and selling Molykote Specialty Lubricants to Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
- Identifying customer needs and proposing suitable technical solutions
- Conducting product presentations, trials, and demonstrations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams
- Supporting customers with documentation, samples, and post-sales services
- Meeting sales targets and exploring new business opportunities in the region
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Engineering
- 3-10 years of experience in technical sales to automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
- Strong knowledge of the industrial zone
- Existing contacts and network within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions
