  • Handle patient inquiries and convert them into registrations/bookings efficiently.
  • Explain treatment options and facilities in a clear manner to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Maintain follow-ups with patients to achieve timely admissions and meet monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for seamless patient coordination.
  • Achieve high-quality patient records, counselling reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support marketing activities to enhance patient awareness and reach.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Healthcare/Management preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or patient counselling (healthcare/hospital background preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software (preferred).
