Eye Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Eye Care Professional to join our team. As an Optometrist Fresher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and promoting eye health in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients, directing them to the clinic for free eye check-ups.
  • Participate in stocktakes and maintain sales floor standards to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
  • Handle daily tasks efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Familiarize yourself with the POS system to ensure smooth and accurate transaction processing.
  • Commit to customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any concerns promptly.

Personal Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Optometry.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and foster trusting relationships with customers.
  • Skilled at identifying customers' unspoken needs and providing effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
