Job Overview:

You will be leading a high-performing team of engineers to deliver product features and releases on time with the highest quality.

This is an opportunity to shape the engineering culture, deploy agile methodologies, and use the Scrum framework to drive results.

  • Manage senior and junior engineers to ensure timely delivery of product features and releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and achieve product vision.
  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and define sprint scope, goal, and deliverables.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure smooth sprint execution.
  • Ensure user stories are estimated, software designs created, and sprint dependencies are met.
  • Implement SDLC processes, conduct unit testing, and peer code reviews.
  • Send periodic updates on sprint progress and identify bottlenecks.
  • Support production support team in addressing production issues and meeting SLAs.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and upskilling team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in software product/platform development.
  • Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with prior experience.
  • Demonstrated experience executing or implementing AI solutions within live projects.
  • Experience with performance optimization and security frameworks.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, Agile, and Scrum practices.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Positive attitude with strong people management skills.
