Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading high-performing engineering teams, with expertise in designing and developing scalable, enterprise-grade software. They will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects from inception to delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and scope alignment. This includes managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies, as well as providing technical guidance and enforcing best practices in software development and architecture.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on C#.Net, SQL Server/Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong architectural and design skills for scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and coaching engineers.
  • Experience leading teams through the full software development lifecycle.
