We are seeking a skilled Loan Servicing Representative to join our team. As a key member of our loan servicing department, you will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding loan details, transaction-related information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Communicate key parameters such as interest rates, processing fees, due dates, repayment amounts, penalty amounts, and mode of repayment to customers

">

• Detail transaction-related information, including available payment modes and how to make payments through these modes

">

• Resolve customer queries related to loan disbursal, loan repayments, and other loan-related matters

">

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Any full-time undergraduate degree

">

• Previous calling experience is highly desirable

">

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
