About the Role:

This role is focused on developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders within assigned accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and incremental revenue through tailored account strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across product and service portfolios.
  • Prepare and execute detailed account plans, forecasting, and sales reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery to clients.

International Market Development

You will be responsible for building and expanding company presence in emerging South Asian markets. This includes identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new channel partners/distributors where relevant.

Sales & Revenue Growth

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for achieving/exceeding annual sales and revenue targets across assigned accounts and international markets.
