Job Title: Technical Services Manager

As a Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing technical services and solutions to meet customer needs. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empanelment and specification inclusion of products in government organisations, project management committees, and design architects.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, including government organisations, project management committees, and design architects.
  • Identifying business opportunities through market analysis and customer feedback.
  • Conducting technical presentations to acquire new customers and expand existing customer bases.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase product penetration and sales.
  • Promoting blended cement in key projects and identifying opportunities for high-contribution products.
  • Providing solutions to customers by fine-tuning mix designs and conducting mix-design trials for product approvals.
  • Resolving quality complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools.
