Senior Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced technical professional to support our mission to address complex process-related challenges through innovative solutions.
\The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Provide technical support for industrial filtration products and processes, ensuring compliance with performance requirements, quality standards, cost targets, and project timelines.
- Acquire and deepen knowledge of technical parameters related to pressure vessels and filtration systems.
- Design and size filters to meet specific application requirements.
- Utilize ASME calculations (preferred) to ensure optimal performance and longevity of Gopani Product systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, providing technical expertise for customer engagements and solution development.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations in response to customer inquiries and sales team requests.
- Oversee the successful implementation and execution of after-sales service initiatives, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of Gopani Product systems across diverse sectors.
- Provide comprehensive product and application training to internal sales teams, occasionally accompanying them on customer visits to facilitate technical discussions.
Qualifications:
\- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
