Customer Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the onboarding process for our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth transition into our services.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their operational challenges and identify opportunities for growth. Your expertise in SaaS and cloud-based software environments will enable you to navigate complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Technical Onboarding Manager or Customer Onboarding Manager. You will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, taking projects from concept to reality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve the customer onboarding process to ensure seamless integration
  • Manage relationships amongst internal and external teams to ensure effective account management
  • Evaluate process improvement and overall account health through established metrics and KPIs
  • Partner with clients to understand their operational challenges and identify opportunities for growth within the account

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced understanding of SaaS and cloud-based software environments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and taking projects from concept to reality
  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, database structure and integration
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting technical problems and running projects with varying client requirements
  • Ability to read between the lines and find nuanced details from the customer
  • Capacity to create net-new process diagrams/workflows with customers to increase value
