Main Responsibilities

  • Employee Retention: Enhance employee retention and engagement through targeted initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management lifecycle to foster a culture of high performance.
  • On-boarding: Provide new employees with a comprehensive on-boarding experience.
  • Process Improvement: Identify trends and recommend solutions for improved performance and engagement.
  • Employee Experience: Enhance the employee experience to improve retention and motivation.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and transparent work environment.
