ARAS Innovator Architect

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions using ARAS Innovator. They will possess a deep understanding of the platform's architecture and its various modules, as well as the ability to write clear and concise requirements documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on the development of ARAS Innovator solutions.
  • Analyze customer requirements and design effective technical solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and capture requirements, develop solutions, and build consensus across all parties involved.
  • Develop conceptual solution architectures that take into account standard and custom applications.
  • Lead the development of requirements specifications, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Perform solution analysis and contribute to the development of customer-facing proposals.
  • Transform customer requirements into technical solutions through a thorough understanding of the ARAS Innovator suite of tools.
  • Lead or participate in the delivery of proof-of-concept engagements at key prospects.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with ARAS PLM Innovator, performing configuration and customization, integrations at the enterprise level is strongly desired.
  • Well-versed with ARAS Platform architecture and its majority of modules.
  • Able to write clear, understandable Requirements, SOW, Specification documents, and Use Cases.
  • Thorough understanding of large-scale enterprise application deployment methodologies with experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, fluent in English and able to handle discussions with stakeholders independently.
  • Ability to work in teams, in a global environment, and manage multiple priorities and deliverables concurrently.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
  • Strong rapport and relationship building skills with both internal individuals and external customers.
  • Proven strong project management skills with accountability for end-to-end delivery.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Technically self-sufficient with data modelling techniques, SQL Server, and Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ARAS Innovator certification or related training.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies for software development.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.
  • Experience working in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or electronics.
  • Airbus experience.
