Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our assessment and 360-degree survey initiatives. As a Senior Assessment Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering leadership assessments and surveys to clients on both internal and external platforms.

  • You will gather project requirements, set up assessments and simulations, design scoring systems, and deliver results to stakeholders.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database by collating scores from various tools and ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to generate industry benchmarks and norms for diverse markets.
  • Develop and implement dashboards using MS Power Apps, Tableau, or Power BI to effectively visualize data insights.
  • Build strong communication skills and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to drive projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including status updates and query resolution.
  • Ensure timely completion of activities and maintain quality of deliverables.
  • Support consulting assignments and interface with external clients to provide exceptional service.
  • Contribute to training and development programs for junior analysts to foster their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Advanced analytical skills to create actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical functions and business communication skills.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Thorough understanding of primary and secondary research, survey methodology, and client products.
  • Basic knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and R/Python.
