Job Title: Equipment Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled equipment designer with expertise in the detailing, drafting of storage tanks, pressure vessels, and other static equipment.

  • Design and detail various types of equipment including storage tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, reactors, and more.
  • Develop detailed engineering drawings and specifications as per Mechanical Datasheet, Project specification, and various National & International codes and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (e.g., API 650/620, ASME Section VIII Div.1, TEMA, IS 2825, IS 803 etc).

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of industry practices, hands-on experience with engineering tools, and a practical mindset for real-world applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning and executing day-to-day engineering activities to meet project timelines.
  • Maintaining project documents in a retrievable manner.
  • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of detailed engineering deliverables.
  • Coodinating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of equipment in overall project design.
  • Providing technical support during fabrication, installation, and commissioning of equipment.

The skills required for this role include:

  • Experience with designing and detailing storage tanks, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Willingness to take responsibility for various engineering activities.
