Vendor Allocation and Scheduling

  • Allocate projects to vendors based on capacity, expertise, and timelines

Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure vendors comply with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to vendor engagements

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with project managers, quality analysts, and other teams to align vendor deliverables with project goals

Utilization of Vendor Management Tools and Technology

  • Implement tools to streamline processes and improve vendor management efficiency

Effective Crisis Management and Problem Resolution

  • Address and resolve vendor-related issues promptly to avoid project delays

Long-Term Vendor Development and Retention Strategies

  • Implement strategies to develop vendor capabilities and ensure long-term retention
