Automated Governance Platform Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and implement a governance and automation platform for enforcing best practices.
The ideal candidate will have strong Python skills with an emphasis on testing frameworks and automation, as well as experience integrating with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop a framework to validate code and practices, similar to a testing suite.
- Integrate with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines using Python.
- Create systems for rule validation, documentation, and reporting.
- Enable engineers to write custom compliance checks.
- Develop a global metrics tracking framework for practice adoption.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must have:
- Strong Python skills with emphasis on testing frameworks & automation.
- Experience integrating with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to build systems for rule validation, documentation, and reporting.
- Backend experience with databases (SQL), automation, and data pipelines.
- Comfortable with governance/standards implementation across large organizations.
