  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies.
  • Use the latest technologies, i.e. AI Agents to build relevant solutions - Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Conduct process mining and optimization to maximize automation efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs Perform testing and quality assurance of automated processes.
  • Train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions.
  • Manage small to mid size projects, including Planning, execution and reporting within our governance framework.
  • Ensure onboarding of users onto the developed application and share best practices.
  • Support and coach from colleagues which are developing small application within our creator program.
