Job Title: Lead Generation Executive
- Key Responsibilities:
- We conduct market research to identify potential clients who require staffing and recruitment services. Our in-depth analysis of the industry helps us find new business opportunities.
- We utilize various platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, industry databases, and online research tools to find key decision-makers (e.g., HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, CEOs, Founders).
- We identify and target companies with active hiring needs and growth plans. We leverage our expertise to drive business results.
- We generate qualified leads through multiple channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Our proactive approach ensures we reach a wider audience.
- We maintain and update accurate records of all lead interactions, statuses, and activities in a CRM system. This enables us to track progress and make informed decisions.
- We track the progress of leads from initial contact to conversion into a meeting or sales opportunity. Our data-driven approach helps us optimize our strategies for better outcomes.
- We work closely with the sales and business development teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategies and targets. Collaboration is key to achieving our goals.
- We provide regular reports on lead generation performance, including metrics such as conversion rates, engagement, and pipeline value. These insights help us refine our approach and improve results.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
