Job Title: Policy Manager

Mumbai Location.

Our Team is seeking a qualified Policy Manager to lead our Liabilities - Consumer Bank team in creating and implementing effective processes and policies for various products including Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Debit Cards and Payment Products.

The ideal candidate would be responsible for ensuring compliance of all liabilities & payment products as per regulators like RBI / Internal Audit Teams/ NPCI. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Communicate policy updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, and provide training and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs, and develop plans to implement these changes.
  • Collaborate with IT to design and implement technology solutions to support business needs.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular reports to management on policy implementation progress and metrics.

Requirements:

BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field required. MBA preferred. Prior experience in setting up policies & processes for Liabilities Products will be an added advantage.
