Job Title: Cash Management Professional
">This role involves managing cash flow, ensuring timely payments and funding, handling financial risks, and driving the debt management process.
">- Cash Flow Planning and Execution: Develop a thorough understanding of our company's financial position, anticipate potential cash shortages, and proactively seek additional funding sources as needed.
- Financial Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular reviews to identify potential risks related to cash flows, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and implement measures to minimize risks.
- Fund Raising and Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and other financial institutions, to secure necessary funding for business operations.
- Debt Servicing and Liability Management: Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for effective debt servicing, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing financial liabilities.
- Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and submitting required reports in a timely manner.
Requirements:
">- Professional Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Postgraduate degree in Finance (MBA Finance preferred)
- Work Experience: 7-12 years in fund raising for NBFCs/HFCs
- Key Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship building, and problem-solving skills, along with familiarity with NBFC/NHB regulations and accounting standards (IND AS & IGAAP)
