We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Data Solutions Developer. This position will focus on designing, building, and deploying scalable customer data solutions using Salesforce technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop robust and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Implement features and functionalities as per business requirements.
  • Build and manage custom applications, data pipelines, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and fine-tune performance of components.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and data teams to ensure seamless data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation workflows.
  • Ensure platform compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
  • Document development processes, data flows, configurations, and technical specifications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce development with hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud CDP.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities focused on Data Cloud not Sales Cloud.
  • Salesforce certifications are mandatory preferably including Salesforce Data Cloud or Platform Developer certifications.
  • Solid knowledge of data modeling relational databases, and SQL.
  • Experience working with ETL processes identity matching, and audience segmentation in Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Ability to work independently manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

  • Experience with Marketing Cloud MuleSoft, or third-party data platforms.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations GDPR, CCPA.
  • Experience in customer data integration consent management, or personalization strategies
