Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of high-end interior and architectural design projects. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple sites, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while upholding the design intent.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details. Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic AutoCAD/SketchUp understanding is essential. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills are also required. Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of full-cycle project execution from kick-off to handover.
  • Development of detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Management of timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects.
  • Site supervision efforts to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.
  • Leadership and management of internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
  • Regular review meetings with clients, designers, and vendors to align expectations.
  • Quality assurance procedures and enforcement of compliance with safety standards.
  • Proactive identification of risks or roadblocks and resolution without compromising project goals.
  • Seamless coordination across procurement, design, and execution teams.
  • Maintenance of accurate project documentation including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.
  • Presentation of project status reports to senior leadership and clients regularly.
  • Documentation and maintenance of contracts, work orders, and approvals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.
  • Proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s) preferred.
