Job Title: Senior Manager Design

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee design projects from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Conduct value engineering to optimize design and details based on cost and safety parameters
  • Proficiency in handling AutoCAD drawings, including reading, writing, modifications, and changes
  • Negotiate with internal stakeholders to drive design deliverables, including concept designs, technical specifications, and MOM's
  • Plan and coordinate design meetings for effective communication
  • Prepare key performance metrics, such as bar charts, manpower planning, material planning, DPR, WPR & MPR, and cash flow statements
  • Apply Microsoft Project tool for scheduling and tracking
  • Evaluate tender documents, prepare query lists, and issue RFPs to vendors
  • Develop procurement packages, commercial comparative reports, and draft work orders

Requirements:

  • At least 10-12 years of experience in construction project management for real estate sites
  • Proven track record in high-end residential, hotel, and commercial construction site management
