Job Opportunity: Executive Design Leader

Role Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished design professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience to spearhead architectural and interior design projects at our studio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent client management capabilities, and hands-on expertise in overseeing project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of architectural and interior projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless project coordination and timely delivery.
  • Engage effectively with clients to understand their needs, present innovative design concepts, and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Oversee site supervision, ensuring design quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate efficiently with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers/architects within the studio.
  • Responsible for business development and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design and execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently.
