Program Service Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Program Service Manager.

This key position is responsible for overseeing the hiring, training, and development of Trip Leaders who lead Senior Americans on land tours in South India and Sri Lanka. The successful candidate will report directly to our Country Manager India and work closely with our international team.

  • Select and train Trip Leaders based on their cultural fit with our Company Values.
  • Develop strategies to ensure all departures are staffed with high-performing Trip Leaders.
  • Conduct Trip leader meetings and training sessions in an office environment and on-the-road trip simulations.
  • Design personalized training plans for newly hired Trip Leaders.
  • Motivate and drive achievement of Regional Excellence Goals through live coaching, ride-alongs, and annual trainings.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in hiring, training, coaching, and managing individual and team performances. They should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, flexibility, analytical thinking, creativity, independence, and high organization. Ability to motivate people while building relationships based on trust, accountability, and mutual respect is essential.
