Policy Analyst Role

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated policy analyst to join our team. As a policy analyst, you will play a key role in driving strategic solutions for political campaigns and governance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent research skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. You will work closely with our team to develop comprehensive research reports, policy briefs, and presentations that highlight insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of governance issues across sectors such as public health, education, rural development, and infrastructure.
  • Extract and clean large datasets to identify trends, performance metrics, and forecasts.
  • Develop reports and policy briefs highlighting insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Assist in implementing governance initiatives by developing frameworks and tracking progress.
  • Maintain a structured repository of program data and model outputs to support cross-team use.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 academic institution, preferably in Political Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or Law.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct both secondary and primary research.
  • Strong grasp of Indian governance systems and policy making cycles.
  • Clear and structured writing and presentation skills suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curious and proactive, with the ability to design solutions from first principles.
