Job Description

Drive Service Excellence

  • Foster a service-oriented culture to align IT functions with business goals.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration and consistency across departments.
  • Promote ongoing improvement using best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of service management processes across IT functions and business units.
  • Design, implement, and optimize cross-functional service management processes for integration and consistency.
  • Drive availability management to ensure services meet agreed-upon targets.
  • Oversee capacity management to ensure efficient use of IT infrastructure and resources.
  • Manage and enhance service level management (SLM) to guarantee service delivery meets expectations.
  • Facilitate collaboration between IT teams and business stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains within the ITSM landscape.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for service processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide expert guidance and training on best practices.
  • Analyze service performance data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the service lifecycle and value system.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional service management with a track record of driving improvements.
  • Extensive experience with availability management and capacity management.
  • Deep expertise in service level management (SLM), including defining, monitoring, and reporting on service levels.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms, specifically ServiceNow - IT Service Management.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and propose effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts.
  • Superior stakeholder management skills to influence and build consensus.
  • Ability to work effectively across organizational silos and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
