Job Title: Senior Vice President of Client Retention
About the Role: We seek a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in corporate sales, specializing in client retention, cross-selling, and upselling within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
Responsibilities:
- We develop and execute strategic plans to drive consistent revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction.
- You will engage with senior executives to foster business expansion, deepen relationships, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Our team works collaboratively across departments and with external partners to deliver comprehensive client engagement solutions, including benefit strategy development, employee communication, wellness consulting, and technology enablement.
- You will negotiate complex agreements, manage stakeholder ecosystems, and leverage CRM and analytics platforms to inform business decisions and personalize sales approaches.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software applications is required.
Requirements: A prestigious MBA degree, analytical skills, excellent communication and relationship management skills, a results-driven approach, and ability to thrive in a hybrid environment.
