Executive Leadership Professional

As a seasoned executive leadership professional, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of retained and contingent executive search mandates for leadership and CXO roles.

You will engage with senior stakeholders across industries, especially automotive, manufacturing, and emerging tech. Lead candidate assessment, client briefings, shortlist presentations, and offer negotiations with strategic clarity and consultative rigor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end execution of retained and contingent executive search mandates for leadership and CXO roles (CEO, CFO, CHRO, CTO, etc.).
  • Owning business development and growing a personal book of business through consultative selling and strategic engagement.
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing team of consultants, researchers, and associates.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 15+ years in executive search or leadership hiring, with a strong track record of closing CXO-level positions.
  • Prior or current engagement with automotive/manufacturing clients is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of business functions and industry trends; credible in front of senior stakeholders.
  • Proven team management capabilities; ability to inspire, mentor, and lead by example.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent from a reputed institution.
  • Certifications in leadership assessment tools will be a plus.
