Enterprise Messaging Platforms Administrator

The Enterprise Messaging Platforms Administrator will oversee the administration and optimization of messaging platforms, ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Gmail/Outlook settings, directories, and security policies to ensure a secure environment.
  • Oversee workflows, governance, and integrations for Staffbase to maintain a seamless user experience.
  • Manage communication systems based on SendGrid/Twilio to facilitate efficient information exchange.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, audit readiness, and accurate documentation.
  • Develop standard operating procedures, escalation matrices, and runbooks to enhance incident resolution and RCA documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years administering Google Workspace & M365.
  • Strong expertise in security, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) controls.
  • Hands-on experience with Staffbase, Twilio, and SendGrid APIs to optimize platform performance.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (SOC2, ISO, IT General Controls).
  • Excellent documentation and vendor management skills to foster effective collaboration.
